Mathias and Cristobal successfully led the kitchen at Bugenvila in Cavtat in 2024. During challenging periods when our kitchen was understaffed, they displayed exceptional crisis management skills, working tirelessly without breaks and covering multiple stations until new team members were hired.

One of the most commendable qualities of both Mathias and Cristobal is their loyalty to the team and their commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
