For tables with more than two guests, entire table must participate. Please honor the rule of “all or none.” It’s not because we're trying to be difficult—it’s because we want to deliver the best possible experience. For starters, we want people eating in sequence together so that the kitchen can operate most efficiently,

Portion size is as important as the order of the dishes. They have been carefully designed, so by the time you finish the meal you should feel full, but still comfortable.
